In some instant, Alice is a distance $d$ behind Bob and Carter is a distance $2d$ in front of Bob. Alice passes Bob $7$ minutes after this instant. $5$ minutes after that, Alice passes Carter. How many seconds after Alice passes Carter would Bob pass Carter?
