These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online service offered under the Quantenius brand. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@quantenius.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Service and educational purpose
Quantenius provides an independent question library, explanations, progress tools, and practice games for interview preparation. Firm labels are an independent study taxonomy. Quantenius is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies listed. Content is educational and does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment outcome, investment result, or professional qualification.
3. Plans, billing, and renewal
- Free: access to the free features shown on the site; no payment card is required.
- Monthly Pro: USD 27.99 billed monthly and renewed automatically until cancelled.
- Annual Pro: USD 215.88 billed annually and renewed automatically until cancelled.
Subscription checkout is provided through Stripe Managed Payments. For a Managed Payments purchase, Checkout and receipts identify the digital product as Sold through Link; Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record for that transaction and manages payment processing, transaction-level support, and indirect taxes in its covered jurisdictions. Quantenius remains responsible for delivering the product and product-level support.
The site lists base prices in USD. Checkout may present an automatically converted local currency and shows the final tax-inclusive amount, billing interval, and information required for the transaction before you confirm. Your bank or card provider may separately apply currency-conversion or other fees. We will provide reasonable notice of a material price change before it applies to a later renewal, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Account page and the Stripe- or Link-hosted management flow made available for the transaction. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then. The separate Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Acceptable use
The service and its content are licensed for your personal, non-commercial study. You must not:
- scrape, crawl, spider, systematically download, or use automated tools to extract content;
- copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create a competing dataset from the content;
- circumvent authentication, subscription controls, technical restrictions, or rate limits;
- share credentials or allow multiple people to use one personal account;
- interfere with the service, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Quantenius software, original editorial material, games, graphics, and design are owned by Quantenius or the applicable rights holder. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners. Your account grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use lawfully available content for study; it does not transfer ownership. Rights holders may report concerns through the Contact page.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features and content. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every question, explanation, or answer is complete or accurate. We will use reasonable care in operating the paid service and will provide notices required by applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, abusive automated access, or unlawful activity. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Any refund or continued access will follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Quantenius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Quantenius service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Disputes and applicable law
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so the parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith. These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. Mandatory rights and forums available to a consumer in their place of residence are not excluded where they cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the version or effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed billing period unless required by law.
