Card Turnover

Question

You play a game with a friend where there are $10$ cards face up from a standard deck of $52$. The first player must turn over any card face down, but then the opponent must turn any single card or two adjacent cards face down on his turn. On any subsequent turn, either player must turn over a single card or two adjacent cards. If the player who flips the final card wins, would you want to go first or second? Enter $1$ for first and $2$ for second.
